Job Postings are updated frequently Visit one of our Job Fest pages on Facebook or Instagram.

Refer to our New Job Leads tab on the home page and click 'More' for a complete list of all job orders.

How do I apply for a job?

Refer to the details listed with the job lead for directions on how to apply.

Can I share your posts?

Yes, our posts can be shared as long as the logos and graphics are kept intact.

Can I get a job with no work experience?

Yes, you still can get a job without work experience. Highlight your skills set, networking if applicable and apply for intern/volunteer jobs.

What is Job Fest?

Job Fest started in 2012 with a series Job Fairs throughout Kern County. The tremendous success of those events prompted Job Fest to help employers and job seekers more directly through social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram. Job Fest has continued to host multiple hiring events, Job Fairs, and virtual recruitments. Since its inception, Job Fest has aided thousands of Job Seekers throughout Kern County obtain employment.

Employers posting on our Job Fest website have their own respective recruitment and hiring processes and procedures. We encourage Job Seekers to thoroughly review an employer’s job posting and visit their website to do research about their company.

How do I know these job postings are not a scam?

Job Fest Kern County is a local, Kern County organization that verifies the legitimacy of companies’ posting.
